The Bharat Music Experience
Building the communication systems behind one of India's biggest upcoming music initiatives — before the first note is played.

The Bharat Music Experience (#BME2026) is a multi-day celebration of Indian music scheduled for 8–10 October 2026 at Dome SVP Stadium, Mumbai. I'm currently working on the pre-launch communication systems — strategy, planning and coordination — in the months leading up to the event.
A months-long build-up to a large-scale music initiative. My work sits in the pre-launch window — turning the vision into a communication system that can carry an audience from first announcement to opening day.
Long-lead cultural events are won and lost long before they open. The challenge is to build anticipation with substance — a narrative and rollout that treats the audience as thoughtful, not as ticket inventory.
I'm helping shape the communication strategy and coordinate content planning for the pre-event window. That includes campaign planning, artist and stakeholder communication, and documentation of the build-up itself.
- 01
Mapping the pre-event calendar backwards from opening day to the first teaser.
- 02
Aligning the artistic, production and marketing teams around a single narrative frame.
- 03
Building content pillars for the announcement, artist reveals and cultural context pieces.
- 04
Documenting the build itself — because the process is part of the story.
The work right now is unglamorous and useful: writing briefs, aligning stakeholders, mapping content flows, and making sure the story we tell externally matches the one being built internally.
Most of my week is spreadsheets, decks and long calls. That is the honest picture of pre-launch — it looks like coordination, and it stays that way until the show opens.
Where this work lives on the internet.
Actively in build. The event opens 8–10 October 2026 at Dome SVP Stadium, Mumbai. Pre-launch communications and content planning are ongoing.
"The scale of an event is decided in the six months nobody sees. Discipline in that window is the entire game."
I'll be able to answer this honestly after opening day. For now — I'm still inside it.
